"I tried Linx for a small workflow, the..."
I tried Linx for a small workflow, the customization felt a bit too boxed in for what I needed. It’s not even about wanting anything super advanced, I just wanted to make a few simple tweaks without having to come up with workarounds or spend extra time poking around. For basic setups, it does the job fine, but if you’re trying to match it closely to your own process, it can get frustrating quickly. Support was okay, but the flexibility just wasn’t there for me.

"Decent for basic low-code stuff, but a bit picky"
It works fine for some low-code tasks, especially if you’re just trying to get something simple moving. That said, it can be fiddly in the little places — like settings not feeling totally obvious, tiny layout tweaks taking longer than expected, or having to click around more than I’d like. Not bad overall, just not as smooth as I hoped.

It does the job for basic workflow stuff, and once I finally got it running, it worked okay. The setup was more confusing than it probably needed to be, though, feels like whoever put the onboarding together assumed everyone would already know what to do.

"Kind of slowed me down, honestly"
I tried linx.software for a few days, and I’m sure it ended up making my dev work feel more frustrating than helpful. The setup took longer than I expected, and even small changes felt a bit clunky. I kept finding myself going back to my usual tools instead. Maybe it works better for other workflows, but for me it didn’t really help with productivity

I tried linx.software for a small project, and the debugging side of it just really wore me down. The errors weren’t very clear, the logs felt kind of all over the place, and I kept sitting there trying to figure out what actually broke instead of just fixing it. Maybe I’m missing something or maybe it works better for other people, but for me... it made basic troubleshooting feel way harder than it needed to be. Just not a great experience overall.

"Support felt like they didn’t really know the product"
I had a frustrating experience with linx support. I’ve dealt with plenty of tech support teams before, so I know not every issue gets solved instantly, but this felt different. I was asking what seemed like basic technical questions, and the replies felt more like copied-and-pasted responses than actual help.

They kept sending me links that didn’t really address the problem, and whenever I asked a follow-up question, it felt like I was back at the beginning explaining everything again. There wasn’t much sense that the person understood the product or my specific issue.

The tool itself might work fine for other people, but the support experience really missed the mark for me. I ended up spending way too much time trying to get clear answers and never felt like I was in good hands.

"I tried to adjust our seats..."
I tried to adjust our seats in the middle of a project, and it turned into way more of a hassle than it should’ve been. For a small team, there’s just not enough flexibility. It left me feeling like the system isn’t really built to support teams like ours, it chipped away at my trust a bit.

"My database connection kept dropping?!"
I spent pretty much my whole afternoon trying to keep the database connected, and it just kept dropping over and over?! it was really frustrating and felt like such a waste of time.

"Training was okay overall"
The training stuff was helpful for the most part, but I kind of felt like it could’ve used more real examples or maybe gone a bit deeper in some areas. It was fine, just not quite as detailed as I was hoping

"I gave it a try for a little..."
I gave it a try for a little while, but it just didn’t feel smooth or intuitive to me. I’m particular about things being easy to use, and this felt a bit clunky and confusing. Overall, it wasn’t really what I was hoping for.

"I reached out because I was..."
I reached out because I was having an issue, but getting a response took way longer than it should have. I had to follow up more than once, and even then, I never really got a clear answer that helped.

The product might be okay for some people, but the support experience put me off. When something goes wrong, you just want someone to acknowledge it and help you through it, but I mostly felt ignored.

"Too unreliable to depend on every day"
I used it for a few weeks it tested my patience way more than it should have. Pages would freeze or hang, runs would fail for no clear reason, and I kept having to redo the same tasks over and over like I was being forced to just sit there and wait it out. Support was decent enough, but the actual platform issues made it really hard to trust for daily work

"I tried using Linx for a small API..."
I tried using Linx for a small API integration, and it ended up being kind of a pain. Some parts worked fine, so it’s hard to describe exactly, but once errors started popping up they were really annoying to track down. The docs felt a bit thin, and while support did get back to me, the answers weren’t especially helpful. I eventually got it working, but I don’t think I’d choose it again.

"A bit hard to get started with"
I gave linx.software a try, and I can see how it might be useful once you get familiar with it. For me, though, the layout wasn’t very intuitive at first, and I found myself clicking around more than expected just to find some basic features.
It may be a better fit for someone who already knows the system or has time to learn it properly. As a new user, I felt a little lost and ended up stepping away after spending more time than I’d planned

"I tried using linx.software to hook up a..."
I tried using linx.software to hook up a few third-party tools, i ran out of patience fast. Some of the connectors felt unfinished, the docs didn’t line up with what I was actually seeing, and every little error turned into a whole ordeal. Maybe it’s fine for basic stuff, but for integrations, it just ate up my day and left me annoyed

"Deployment turned into a headache"
I tried deploying my app and just kept running into random errors I couldn’t make sense of. The docs didn’t line up with what I was seeing on the screen, which made it even more frustrating. Support took a while to get back to me, and when they did, it felt like they were blaming me instead of helping figure it out. After spending pretty much a whole day on it, I gave up.

"I tried getting started with linx.software, and..."
I tried getting started with linx.software, and the setup was more confusing than I expected. The onboarding docs weren’t very clear, so I ended up guessing my way through a few steps, which doesn’t feel right for something people are paying to use. Support was polite enough, but slower than I would’ve liked. I just think if a company offers a tool like this, they have a responsibility to make the first experience smoother and less frustrating.

"Pretty helpful, but the docs could use more detail"
I’ve used the docs a few times and they’ve been helpful for getting the basic idea. Some parts are easy enough to follow. But then suddenly you hit a section where it feels like, wait, where did the rest of the explanation go? A few more examples or clearer steps would make a big difference.

"Didn’t really keep up"
Worked fine at first. Then our workflows got bigger. Things started slowing down. Frustrating for us

"Good security options, setup took a bit"
I have been using Linx for a few months now for a few internal tools, and overall it has been a good experience. The security features feel solid, especially the roles, API keys, and the option to lock down services without having to dig through a ton of menus.

The logging has also been really helpful. It is clear enough to see what happened when someone hits an endpoint, which makes it a lot easier to check on unusual activity without feeling like I have to piece everything together myself.
The only reason I would give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that a few settings were not very obvious to me at first. Once I found where everything was, it worked fine, but the initial setup took a little more poking around than I expected.
